Our aim is to give your callers the impression that our dedicated receptionists are in fact one of your own employees working in YOUR office.

All calls can be answered personally using your exclusive telephone number from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday by special arrangement.

Charges start from as little as £3 per day!

After hours mailbox

You are assigned an after-hours mailbox facility with personal greeting.

Messages can either be emailed, faxed or phoned through once a day or as required, or immediately if necessary. Alternatively, if there is a call that you need instantly, you can choose our Patch Thru service that allows calls made to the office to be transferred to your mobile, home or wherever you may be at the time!

Should you require scripts to be used when your calls are answered please let us know.

Free incoming faxes

A general fax number is also available with incoming faxes being received free of charge and a small charge for outgoing.

SMS Service

We also offer an SMS service. This enables us to text direct to your mobile phone should this be required.
